1. Acceptance

1.1 By using the Talkclub you agree with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1.2 Talkclub reserves the right to change or update the Terms of Service  at any time  without the necessity of early warning  or the acceptance by the user.

  1. User Account

2.1 In order to use some of Talkclub features it’s necessary to log in with a Talkclub account.

2.2. The only way to have a Talkclub account is by logging in through one of our supported third party authentication services. Currently the Login with Facebook and Google.

  1. The minimum age to have a Talkclub account is 13 years.

2.3 By logging in with a Facebook Account or Google Account, you agree to authorize the Talkclub to access the requested profile information.

  1. Rules

3.1 By using Talkclub you can not:

  1. Share or promote any kind of content that can be considered illegal or inappropriate for the Talkclub purposes, such as: hate speech, racism, abusive content or pornographic content.

  2. Use data of any person in order to create fake profiles in a way to impersonate another person.

  3. General

4.1 Talkclub reserves the right to ban any user without the necessity of preview warning, with or without a reason.
